Louisville-based HVAC manufacturer to
invest $24.5 million in expanded facilities. |
HVAC manufacturer Kentuckiana Curb Company Inc. plans to invest
$24.5 million on a new and expanded facility in Louisville,
preserving 72 jobs and creating 63 additional positions
averaging $29 per hour with benefits.
State officials approved economic development incentives for the
project this morning in Frankfort at a monthly Kentucky Economic
Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) board meeting.
To help retain Kentuckiana Curb Company in Jefferson Co., the
KEDFA board approved $2.5 million in tax breaks over the next 10
years if the company fulfills its plans to invest and create
full-time, permanent jobs.

The company is expanding its production capabilities to capture an
emerging market for 100 percent outside air HVAC products.
