Fresh-Aire UV® Announces
Daugherty Sales as "Rep of the Year--2013" at New York's AHR
Expo 2014.
Fresh-Aire UV®, Jupiter, Fla., the
largest manufacturer of UVC and PCO/carbon indoor air quality (IAQ)
products in North America, named Daugherty Sales Co. Inc.,
Charlotte, N.C., as its as its "Rep of the Year--2013" at the
International Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigerating Exposition
(AHR Expo 2014) Jan. 21, in New York.
The 14-year-old manufacturer’s
representative firm presented dozens of UV technology seminars and
installation tips on Fresh-Aire UV’s APCO®, Blue-Tube UV® and the
Mini-UV System™ to large HVAC contracting companies and wholesale
distributors throughout its territory of North Carolina and South
Carolina.
Fresh-Aire UV also issued the "Rookie
of the Year" to manufacturer's representative, Brian Bushnell,
principal, HBB Pro Sales Group, Chagrin Falls, Ohio. “After

The rep firm also
diversified into commercial markets in 2013 with projects such
as a large pharmaceutical plant HVAC systems that Daugherty
helped consulting engineers retrofit for UV. The plant's more
than 100,000-cfms of air handlers were retrofitted to use dozens
of Fresh-Aire UV's TRS Series of UV light systems for mold and
biological contaminant elimination.
