Trane Honors Memphis Development with Energy Efficiency Leader Award.

Award recognizes collaborative effort to revitalize historic community building with energy management solutions.

Indoor comfort services provider Trane, a brand of Ingersoll Rand, presented the Energy Efficiency Leader Award Oct. 9 to Crosstown Concourse, Memphis, Tenn. The award recognizes the developers’ outstanding commitment to best practices in energy efficiency and sustainability for the retrofit of a once-vacant 90-year-old former Sears building that is not only revitalizing the community around it but reducing operational costs.


HVAC RepCo appointed as Rep Agency for Auto-Grip Hand Tools. MHVAC RepCo has signed an agreement to represent the AUTO-GRIP line of hand tools for the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Kansas, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.  <<read complete story>>

Trane, a leading global provider of indoor comfort systems and services and brand of Ingersoll Rand, is expanding its existing manufacturing complex, by 680,000 square foot, at 400 Killian Road in Columbia, South Carolina.
